In order to successfully serve customers, organizations must have an acute understanding of customers’ needs. Through primary and/or secondary research, CORVUS uncovers the precise needs of customers, how these needs are currently being fulfilled, and what is required to better satisfy these customers. Our clients retain us to: (a) define exactly which customers the organization is serving, (b) determine the demographic profiles of and assess the needs of these customers, and (c) assess the feasibility of an idea, modify it as needed, and create action plans to ensure success. Our clients usually retain us to undertake this work in conjunction with other related projects such as operational reviews, but we occasionally undertake this work on a stand alone basis
