Business Process Re-engineering

A business process is a set of logically related tasks performed to achieve a defined business outcome. BPR (also known as business process redesign and business transformation) focuses on the analysis and design of business processes within an organization. Our clients retain us to help them fundamentally rethink how they do their work in order to dramatically improve customer service, cut operational costs, and improve quality. We accomplish this by: (a) identifying and documenting current processes, (b) assessing and evaluating current (as is) processes, (c) developing and documenting new and/or enhanced (to be) processes, and (d) developing a plan for transitioning from the current state to the future state
